Transitional Style Quiz
Transitional style of is a combination of traditional and modern furniture, color, finishes, materials and fabrics creating a happy balance between the two. It is classic and timeless interior design. This style can be called Eclectic. It is the new Traditional and the new Modern as it is a nice blending of the styles. Most people will actually somehow fall in this category as Modern may be too harsh or cold and Traditional to stuffy and old. Transitional simply is style that will have both traditional and modern. It can be done so many ways it will be hard to pin down in a quiz, but this exercise may help to find what elements in design you gravitate toward or away from.
