Any Project big or small, remodeling your kitchen or bathroom, designing custom window treatments or simply replacing flooring. We can do it all. We use qualified and reliable distributors and contractors. We make sure your project will run smoothly, bringing you the results you are seeking.

Interior Design:

Furniture and space planning, real estate staging and resale advice, holiday decorating, fabric, color and design consulting.

Custom:

Furniture, window treatments, bedding, pillows and reupholstery.

Personal Shopping:

Art, accessories, rugs, lamps, or whatever you are needing to pull your space together.

Remodeling:

Kitchens, bathrooms, countertops, backsplash, flooring, we’ll design it and and make it come to fruition.

We believe in open communication and getting to know our clients wants and needs.

Therefore, we prefer not to work hourly, so our clients are not rushed or worried about getting a bill if they ask us a question.

Our services are quite affordable, as we strive to get our compensations from the retailers instead of the client. Our remodeling and construction prices are usually at least 25% less than the big box stores.

We structure our compensation by the project and what is most prudent and affordable for both us and our client. The usual result is getting the services of designers for virtually the same price as just doing it yourself.

Compensations:

• Retainer- usually a small fixed amount that a client agrees to pay in advance for services of proposed project.
• Retail compensation- commissions & discounts given to us from retailers.
• Discount flat shopping - $100 for 2hours of shopping with clients. (4 hour min)
• Hourly-$100 an hour. Not used often. Some smaller projects or for clients who don’t have a defined scope of work.
